1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services, applications, software solutions, or website provided by NOVIQON TECHNOLOGIES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or products.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All custom software developed, proprietary source code, graphical emblems, digital trademarks, and content published by Noviqon Technologies are the exclusive intellectual property of NOVIQON TECHNOLOGIES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, protected under the Copyright Ordinance of Pakistan and international copyright treaties, unless otherwise explicitly stipulated in a signed client Master Services Agreement (MSA).

3. Software Development & Project Estimates

Any preliminary calculations provided by our website's interactive project estimator serve as preliminary budgetary estimates and do not constitute a legally binding contract until formal project specifications, deliverable milestones, and a signed statement of work (SOW) are executed between parties.

4. Mobile Applications & Store Distribution

Our mobile applications are distributed under Google Play Store terms and policies. Users are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and utilize our public applications for personal or internal organizational purposes in compliance with applicable laws.

5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NOVIQON TECHNOLOGIES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Punjab, Pakistan.
